Care – Modern Apprenticeship

“The modern apprenticeship is a great way to ‘get your foot in the door’ to care.”

Jade, a Modern Apprentice in Care shares her thoughts on Apprenticeships:

“It’s a great experience for young people who maybe don’t know what they want to do with their career, you get your SVQ 2 which is a good qualification to get, I’m glad that I got the opportunity to do the modern apprentice and I encourage young people who are interested in care to give it a go!”

The Modern Apprenticeship in Care is an approved programme of training through the Aberdeenshire Council Modern Apprenticeship Scheme SCQF Level 6/SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.  The qualification is delivered by our in house training team, there is no day release to college required.
