Customer Service Modern Apprenticeship
The Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service is an approved programme of training through the Aberdeenshire Council Modern Apprenticeship Scheme. The qualification is delivered as you work by a training provider using an online portfolio and observation, there is no day release to college required.
Aberdeenshire Council’s Customer Support Team deliver an excellent service to customers of the council, you will receive expert training to develop your knowledge in all areas of service delivery throughout Aberdeenshire. Providing an efficient and effective first point of contact you will offer specialist advice and general information to deal with front-line queries on council services from members of the public requiring support.
Qualification
SCQF Level 6/SVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
Time to complete: Up to 12 months
