ICT Modern Apprenticeship

The Modern Apprenticeship in ICT is an approved programme of training through the Aberdeenshire Council Modern Apprenticeship Scheme.  The qualification is delivered as you work by a training provider using an online portfolio and observation, there is no day release to college required.

Aberdeenshire Council’s ICT Support Team provide customer focused support for all IT users across the Council. This Apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain extensive experience in all aspects of ICT Support. The main areas of support include desktop software and hardware, systems and applications software. After training you will complete duties on our IT Service Desk including phone, webchat and local site support.

SCQF Level 7/SVQ Level 3 IT Professional

Time to complete: Up to 12 months
