Dales Park Primary is welcoming and friendly school which has enhanced provision for children throughout Peterhead. Dales Park is a nurture focussed school where you can make a very real difference in the lives of our young learners!
Dales Park School is a non-denominational school with a current school roll of 268 pupils which includes 58 pupils in the ELCC (Early Learning Centre C). The school itself is a open plan building which was built in 1978.
We pride ourselves on our friendly, nurturing and inclusive environment where our dedicated staff team strive to ensure that we get it right for each and every child, ensuring that all pupils feel special and valued.
We have an excellent nursery team which is soon to receive a brand new sector leading facility near to our school site. We have a successful nurture classroom as well as a range of enhanced provision areas for children with a variety of additional support needs. We have a motivated and committed staff who are involved in an increasingly wide variety of school developments from visible learning and nurturing approaches to outdoor learning and many others.
We aim to be a very child led school and we are always looking for new ways to give the children a real voice in the future and development of our school. Our community is incredibly supportive and are always looking for new ways to help, for example we have recently been given a school allotment funded by local businesses and organised by local committees and councillors.
