Operational Team
The team’s main function is to provide professional HR guidance and advice in relation to operational matters concerning employee relations. This covers matters such as:
- Discipline
- Grievance
- Attendance management
- Work performance
- Workforce change including changes to roles, service delivery and ways of working
- Job design
The Operational Team works across all Services of the Council, providing guidance and advice to managers and employees, as well as working with trade union representatives.
