Systems
The Systems team develop look after the technical aspects of iTrent and other ICT systems that are used in HR&OD. We –
- design, build and test new iTrent functionality
- run periodic processes to load data into iTrent
- write documentation on various ICT processes
- are the final point of contact in the council for issues with iTrent before they are passed to the supplier
- ensure that data held in iTrent is as correct as possible
- Pass data and make financial payments to other organisations
Ensure the systems are secure and audited
