Review and implement changes to the pay structure and conditions of service for Local Govt employees. Assess the impact of national pay awards and changes to the Scottish Local Govt Living Wage.

Develop, procure and implement new schemes, ensuring HMRC compliance.  Promote new and existing schemes, with the aim of increasing employee take up.

Management Information

Produce a range of staffing information for internal and external customers, including regular reports and responding to ad hoc requests.  Also, main point of contact for HR&OD FOI requests.

Post / Structure

Create, amend, delete and transfer posts. Update or create new org units, transfer posts and positions to reflect agreed changes requested by service. Consolidate the number of posts within an establishment in order to simplify the structure and improve reporting
