We offer a comprehensive induction process to enable new starters to familiarise themselves with their immediate surroundings on day one through to a corporate induction that covers a range of organisation wide initiatives.

You will be given a full induction into the local requirements of your job, covering all you need to know. You will find out what is happening within the Council and topical issues of the day, as well as details about our hopes for the future and what you can expect from us.

Employee Annual Review

You will also be provided with an opportunity to meet with your manager specifically to;
