Partnership Manager (Health & Social Care Integration) North

A joint board was established by Aberdeenshire Council and NHS Grampian to manage Adult Health and Social Care Services in Aberdeenshire. The Council and Health Board have delegated some of their functions to the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

Under the new integrated partnership doctors, hospitals, health workers, social work staff and others will work side-by-side. They’ll share information and take a more co-ordinated approach to the way services are delivered.

Job Details

You are a highly experienced senior manager, who can bring an impressive track record in a complex, multi-function organisation, and exceptional leadership skills, to deliver outstanding integrated health and social care services to the Aberdeenshire North area.

Leading the strategic direction of the Health & Social Care Partnership and contributing to the development and implementation of the Joint Board Strategy, you will have experience and knowledge of financial management, performance management and information systems, with an ability to lead and develop Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership as part of the senior management team.
