How to apply

All of Aberdeenshire Council’s job vacancies are advertised on MyJobScotland, you will need to register for an account and complete an online application form.

There is no set time of year any particular Apprenticeship is advertised so you may want to set up an alert in your account, so you are notified when one does become available.

We can receive a high number of applications so it is important you take time to complete your application and tell us why you are the right person for the job, paying close attention to how you meet the skills stated in the Job Profile for the Apprenticeship (attached to the advert on MyJobScotland).

Apprentice Student Discount Card 

All of Aberdeenshire Council’s Apprentices can now purchase their own Totum Apprentice discount card. The card gives our Apprentices access to both online and in-store discounts, with over 200 UK discounts available on travel, food, fashion and much more.
